Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at 808-Célular, LLC; please read carefully our Return and Refund Policy for our Prepaid and PRELOADED SIM Cards.

  • Prepaid SIM Cards: A refund of cost paid for only Plan will be refunded after808-Célular, LLC has verified the SOLD SIM Card has not been Activated and can be resold.
    • Please ensure “ENTIRE” contents (SIM CARD & Assortment) provided is returned, to include its packaging.
    • NOTE: A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN ONCE THE PRLOADED SIM CARD WAS VERIFIED TO BE ACTIVATED (IF A PHONE NUMBER WAS ISSUED, THAT IS ONE WAY YOU WILL KNOW THE PRELOADED SIM CARD WAS ACTIVATED, BUT THAT IS NOT THE DETERMINATING FACTOR;808-Célular, LLC WILL USE ITS PROCESS AND HAS THE FINAL SAY SO. NO SHIPPING OR RETURNED SHIPPING WILL BE REFUNDED, AND WILL BE AT CUSTOMERS OWN EXPENSE.

We, at 808-Célular, LLC are committed to customer satisfaction and will gladly give a full refund to any PRELOADED SIM CARD or Prepaid service not Activated, within 7 days or less of any payment which has been designated by 808-Célular, LLC as refund eligible.
